We are regarded as one of the finest shooting providers in the World and are delighted to have expanded E. J. Churchill with our northern shooting ground at The Swinton Estate, one of the largest privately owned estates in England. It has been owned by the Cunliffe-Lister family since the 1880s.
Proud hosts of the CPSA British Championships in 2021 the shooting ground has some of the finest clay shooting facilities of its kind in the north.
With over 100 traps all on the automated claymate system, the ground comprises of many high towers, an award winning grouse butt simulated area, skeet range and an abundance of sporting and sportrap layouts.
All set in a stunning valley with a north facing range, enabling you to shoot all day without the sun in your eyes! The ground is open for practice, lessons and competitions. It also has a shop on site with a small but lovely range of quality products for the shooting enthusiast.
