We are currently recruiting a passionate and creative Chef in a role that offers full autonomy in the kitchen.
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, Tuesday to Saturday, allowing the enjoyment of a healthy
work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
- 
Run the kitchen solo with KP support during busy services 
- 
To liaise with our independent suppliers sourcing fresh, high quality ingredients and manage all stock levels 
- 
Bring creativity to evolve our daily brunch and lunch menu 
- 
Work closely with our Event team to plan and deliver vibrant, seasonal offerings 
- 
Implement and maintain exceptional hygiene standards and organized work space 
- 
Take genuine pride in the food you serve

Knowledge & Skills
- 
Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers 
- 
Calm and confident approach to busy services 
- 
Organization and pride in workspace 
- 
Kitchen and food hygiene (Level 2 minimum) 
- 
Adaptable and proactive - sees what needs to be done and does it! 
- 
Written and verbal skills, knowledge of SFBB administration and HACCP 
- 
Warm and welcoming approach to contribute to our bistro culture
