Front of House Coordinator

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Front of House Coordinator to join our vibrant team at E.J. Churchill. Based in our busy and varied reception area, this is a full-time role where no two days are the same. From welcoming guests to supporting events and delivering five-star service, you’ll play a key role in creating a lasting first impression.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the first point of contact – greeting clients with warmth and professionalism

• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via telephone and email

• Accurately manage bookings for lessons and tuition

• Supporting the coordination of events and competitions

• Assist with late-night shooting sessions during the summer period

• Processing payments, cashing up tills, and handling vouchers and till reconciliation

• Keeping the reception and bar areas clean, organised, and inviting

• Taking food and drink orders, serving guests, and ensuring a seamless hospitality experience

 

What We’re Looking For

• A confident communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills

• Calm under pressure and capable of multitasking with a smile

• At least 1 year of experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or reception role

• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and delivering outstanding service

• Organised, reliable, and able to maintain high standards at all times

 

What’s In It For You?

• Competitive salary: up to £29,000 per annum depending on experience

• Full-time, permanent position. Typical work pattern Tuesday-Saturday, 8.00am until 17.30pm.Summer late night sessions will require you to work 1 day a week until 21.00pm on a rotational basis, with a later shift start time on these days.
