At E.J. Churchill Seal’s Cove Shooting Ground, we run a varied calendar of clay shooting competitions throughout the year, welcoming shooters of all abilities. From informal club shoots to more demanding registered events, each competition is well organised, friendly in spirit and set up to challenge, develop and reward your shooting.

SCTA Registered Sporting
Registered shoots are held on the first and third Thursday of every month.
Squadded starts run every ten minutes from 9.00 am, with the final squad leaving at 5.00 pm during summer hours.
Competition entry: £44.00 – Birds only: £39.00
A maximum of six shooters are allocated per squad and advance booking is required.
Prize money is awarded to High Gun at £150, along with class prizes for AA, A, B and C, with amounts based on entries in each class.
Suitable for experienced shots – Shotgun certificate required
E.J. Churchill – Seal's Cove
SCTA Registered Sportrap
Our registered shoots are squadded and run every 20 minutes from 9.00 am.
Competition entry: £50.00 – Birds only: £45.00
A maximum of five shooters are allocated per squad and advance booking is required.
Prize money is awarded to High Gun and to the winners in each class (AA, A, B and C), with amounts determined by the number of entries in each class.
Suitable for experienced shots – Shotgun certificate required

SCTA Registered Supersporting
Registered shoots are squadded and run every 15 minutes from 9.00 am.
Competition entry: £47.00 – Birds only: £42.00
A maximum of five shooters are allocated per squad and advance booking is required.
Prize Money will be given to High Gun and each Winner in Class in AA, A, B and C (prize money depending upon entries per class).
