1. Orders and Delivery

 

1.1 General Orders

We aim to dispatch orders received before 12 noon on the same working day, subject to stock availability. During busy periods, dispatch may take longer.

• All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock or discontinued after an order is placed, we will contact you to offer a replacement or refund. Delivery times are estimates only.

1.2 Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

• Express Delivery: Orders before 12 noon are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm next working day (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

1.3 Delivery Charges

• Voucher Standard Delivery: £3.65

• Standard Mainland UK Delivery: £9.35

• Express UK Delivery: £13.95

• Delivery charges are added at checkout.

 

2. Pre-orders and Click & Collect

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

• Collection: You will be notified when your order is ready. Bring proof of purchase and ID. Orders must be collected within 14 days unless agreed in advance.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the item has already been prepared or dispatched.

• Uncollected Orders: Orders not collected within 21 days of 12 July, without an alternative arrangement, may be cancelled with a refund minus any restocking fees.

• Preorder Timelines: Estimated collection dates are not guaranteed; we will keep you informed of any changes.

 

3. Returns

You may return unused or faulty items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in brand new condition with all packaging and labels. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-refundable items:

• Sale items

• Engraved or embossed items

• Special orders

• Goods damaged in your possession

• Additional delivery services

• Items that contact the body (whistles, calls, ear plugs, thermal wear, cleaning equipment, socks)

Returning an item you simply do not want will result in a refund once received and checked. Statutory rights are unaffected.

 

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are as quoted on the website at the time of ordering, excluding delivery. International orders are quoted at purchase.

• Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are additional.

• Large bookings and events are quoted excluding VAT unless stated.

5. Lesson Cancellations

Lessons must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Less notice will incur full charges.

All products and services are subject to availability.

• Name, postal address, email, telephone, card details, company name (if applicable), and comments
