Typical Event Itinerary
9am
Your guests arrive at the shooting ground, greeted by the event host and given a briefing on the day’s activities.
Breakfast is served – bacon rolls, Danish pastries, tea, and coffee – before the clay shooting competition begins.

Teams make their way around a pre-planned course, with one of our professional shooting instructors at each stand offering guidance and advice.
For smaller events, each team will have their own dedicated instructor who will accompany them throughout the day.

Enjoy a pre-lunch drink at our bar as the morning’s shooting winds down.
It’s the perfect moment to relax, swap stories, and soak up the atmosphere before lunch is served.

After the competition, everyone comes together for lunch. We’ll match the catering style to your day – from a relaxed BBQ with fresh salads and sharing platters, to elegant champagne and canapés, or a served three-course lunch.
This is also the perfect time for your charity’s prize giving, auction, silent auction, or raffle. Our Managing Director is a master of persuasion and will be on hand to help make it a success.

Our charity fund raising days are always individual and inspirational. Our extensive grounds allows us to add additional activities to take part in during the day and entertainment during your reception. We work with top industry caterers to ensure the hospitality is first class and our young vibrant team mean we are never short of a new fundraising idea.

Our inviting Pine Lodge, Safari Tent or The Pavilion, offer you a spacious and welcoming environment in which to base your day. We also have exclusive access to breathtaking venues such as West Wycombe Estate, Wormsley Estate, the Hellfire Caves and Fryers Farm Barn – to name but a few.
