Q. Has EJ Churchill recieved my payment/entry?

A. Everyone who has entered has been emailed to confirm their entry.

Q. Will food be been served throughout the event?

A. Yes, hot and cold food & beverages from 7.30am to 5pm every day.

Q. Is the walking difficult as it has been in previous years?

A. No, full transportation to both courses will be provided, including marshals going around both courses throughout to help anyone struggling. All the walking is on flat land though.

Q. Can I camp at the EJ Churchill shooting ground?

A. Yes camping is available at £25 per night , toilet facilities and power.

Q. How long will it take me to get from the motorway to the shooting ground?

A. About 10 minutes maximum, it is only 5 miles from Junction 4 or junction 5 on the M40

Q. Will the EJ Churchill shooting ground postcode get me to the site on sat nav?

A. No, as we are very close to the motorway, please make sure the specific postcode we have provided (HP14 3NP) and then follow the signs. There will be signs from a 2 mile radius to the Classic.

Q. Is the shooting happening at the EJ Churchill shooting ground and on the West Wycombe Estate?

A. Yes, the layouts for The Classic (Red & Blue Course) will be split over the EJ Churchill Shooting Ground and on the West Wycombe Estate.

Q. How many stands are the layouts over?

A. Each layout is based over 14 stands, 75 birds each course. 150 birds in total.

Q. Will the EJ Churchill shooting ground be open for practice?

A. Yes, the EJ Churchill shooting ground will have lots of things going on, there will be a pool stand with prizes up for grabs. Skeet, multi-sport and several other English sporting practice stands will also be open.

Q. Is there anywhere to sit for my lunch?

A. There will be picnic benches and a full restaurant seating area for all participants.

Q. Can we bring our own food?

A. Yes

Q. Will there be refreshments on the stands?

A. Yes, there will be water and light snacks at various points out on the courses.

Q. Will there be toilets on the courses?

A. There will be a central point on the courses where toilets will be available.

Q. What sort of ground will I be shooting on?

A. As the courses are on virgin ground, all the stands will be on grass, so please come with footwear that is suitable to the weather conditions.

Q. Do I have to be there on the Saturday to collect my prize or can it be forwarded on?

A. High Gun, runner up and 1st – 3rd places in each class need to be there to collect the prize. 

Q. Can I shoot plastic or fibre wads?

A. You can shoot plastic but we would prefer it if people shot fibre. As it is a stunning natural area any help would be gratefully received!

Q. Do you have a shop in case I forget anything on the day?

A. We have a large retail shop stocking everything you will need. So don't worry if you do.

Q. Can spectators come?

A. Spectators are very welcome but will probably be transported separately once all competitors have been taken over to the layouts.
